Dominion Energy River Rock - VOLUNTEER

This event is a MAJOR fund raising opportunity for our chapter when we provide volunteers to assist with serving beverages during this event.  You can bring a friend to help out as well. Please join your SHHOG buddies and help out by volunteering!  Your presence for any shift or part of a shift will be greatly appreciated.   Once you RSVP, you will be signed up to receive a free parking pass and more details closer to the date of the event with instructions on where to park and go for check-in.

Dominion Energy River Rock is a weekend long outdoor sports and music festival that takes place this year from May 17th - May 19th on Belle Isle and Brown's Island and surrounding Richmond areas.

There are multiple sporting events from rock wall climbing, mountain biking, paddle boarding, to trail running and more.  Also there are art events, yoga activities and TONS of music over the course of the three days.  Check out the website here https://www.riverrockrva.com to learn more about all these great events.

Our volunteers are typically assigned to assist with pouring and serving beer at a beer truck or serving canned beer or wine at a tent.  We have usually been located near enough to a music venue to hear great tunes or sometimes near a challenging rock climbing wall or other sports event that provides great views of fun and exciting athletic competition. 

 

 THIS IS A FUN EVENT with much to see and do before, during or after your shift, while helping out your chapter.

Open Event: This event is open to Chapter members, National H.O.G. members and other guests as desired.
